Re-Peat Sports warrants to the original purchaser of any Re-Peat Sports product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from: accident, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost merchandise or damage from the element. Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty.

In no event shall Re-Peat Sports be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of it’s products. By its using it’s products, you accept full responsibility for any damage or harmful results that may occur as a result of said product. You further acknowledge that all products created, manufactured, or distributed by Re-Peat Sports are offered on the condition that their users accept full responsibility for any ill effects the product(s) may cause.

Rare-earth magnets may cause injury: Fingers or other body parts can be pinched between two magnets. Rare-earth magnets are not for children, can affect pacemakers, are brittle and fragile, can affect magnetic media, can become demagnetized at high temperatures, can interfere with compasses and navigation, and can corrode. Those with nickel allergies should avoid prolonged contact with rare-earth magnets. Strong magnets and magnetic fields can cause serious injury or death by interfering with medical devices like pacemakers or can damage electronic devices and magnetic media.
