Política de reembolso
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 91 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do also have a 1year guarantee for all of our products. If you wish to return or replace an item just contact us with your order information through your purchase confirmation or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to insure you are getting shipped a perfect product. Sometimes a product may slip through our quality control or may fail unexpectedly from normal use. If your product is defective we may opt to issue a refund or we will ship you out a replacement product at our cost. There will be no return shipping costs for any defective products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sales@re-peatsports.com.
You will be provided a pre-paid shipping label to return your product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
