Re-Link Fielding Aid.

The Re-Link transforms a player’s baseball or softball game by teaching the right way to field a ball with two hands and properly transferring to a strong throwing position. With the Re-Link players can consistently train by fielding all types of ground balls while using their own glove creating a more game-like environment.

The patented magnetic fielding aid creates audible, visual and physical re-enforcements for you to take your glove work to the next level. Younger or less experienced players will focus on isolated movements created by the magnets, developing their defensive skills. The experienced player will refine their game with magnetic isolation, audible and visual cues of the magnets connecting while getting into proper fielding position.

The Re-Link creates sure hand and glove work instilling consistent and confident movements. Confidence is strengthened by supporting the development of consistent body movements to and through the ball. The Re-Link is a defensive training tool must!

Benefits:

  • Get into proper fielding position
  • Properly field with two hands
  • Learn when to use two hands or just your glove hand
  • Use with your own glove
  • Increased hand speed and efficiency
  • Get into a strong throwing position

How it works:

The Re-Link utilizes high powered magnets (33lbs of pull strength to be exact) to isolate proper movements to field with two hands. The magnetic connection keeps a player’s hands near each other in proper fielding position and cannot be broken without strong force. If the players hands are separated prior to fielding a ball they are provided instant feedback. The magnet connection and design also aid in forcing proper posture into the ball and creating a proper fielding funnel for fielding the ball out in front of your body.

The magnetic connection is meant to be broken with an upward separation of the elbows as the player goes into a strong throwing position. Attempting an early separation, when not in proper throwing position is difficult and provides immediate corrective feedback.

As players become more proficient the snapping audible feedback of the magnets will reinforce proper fielding technique. Players will approach the ball with the Re-Link disconnected, as they get into proper fielding position the magnets will connect and the audible snap provides the player with instant feedback that they are in proper fielding position.
